A Collaboration between Friends: Stacie and Joan x Noelle Weigel Style - The Back to Nature Capsule Collection

I am so excited to introduce you to my collaboration with the accessories brand, STACIE AND JOAN. The owner & designer behind Stacie and Joan is my very dear friend, Sophie. Sophie & I launched our businesses around the same time, and from day one we have supported each other’s work and cheerleaded the other on through the trials & successes of starting a business. We also have been scheming a way to work together from the very beginning - and now we have this beautiful collection to show for it!

The inspiration behind this collection was our shared passion for celebrating nature & artisanal handmade goods. It felt only natural to turn the textile prints of the great Arts & Crafts designer, William Morris, to capture this inspiration. Through our collection, we wanted to communicate this idea of bringing the natural world back into our everyday lives, just as William Morris did over 100 years ago. The historic W.M. textiles we selected for our collection are the Strawberry Thief & the Blackthorn prints. Both of these textiles were inspired by the English country garden, beauty, and simple living - a reminder to invite the natural world back into our lives.

MILLIE BAG IN BLACKTHORN: this bag is designed to hold your cosmetics or hair accessories. This delicate, elegant print makes for such a feminine touch in your bathroom.

DELPHINE BAG IN BLACKTHORN: Intended as a travel bottle size bag, this can also hold accessories in your handbag or diaper bag!

CHILDREN’S BACKPACK IN STRAWBERRY THIEF: We loved this print so much, we made it in a child’s backpack! This backpack is designed for children, 6yrs & under. As mothers of toddlers, we know how hard it is to find a sweet attractive backpack small enough for our little ones! Sophie tailored this pattern perfectly, and made this backpack the ideal starter backpack for your toddler. Features brass hardware & gross-grain ribbon tabs.
